Hayward Allen is the best dealership around. Everyone there is professional as well as friendly and helpful. The service department is terrific, and I trust their work. Their customer service reminds me of the way it used to be. Overall, a great experience.

We just bought our 9th Toyota—a Crown Signia Limited from Heyward Allen Toyota. It was delivered right to our house by Tim. After signing the paperwork, he gave us a tutorial on how to use the multimedia system and he even connected our garage door opener to the car. Dropped in with what I thought was an unbracketed tailpipe (no appointment). They quickly put it up on the rack and fixed a bent bracket - no charge. Probably facilitated my driving my car longer but cemented my coming back to buy in the future by continuing great service...sometimes for free!

I bought a 2024 RAV 4 in February of this year. I waited quite a while to review so I could give a thorough review. The buying process was pretty simple. The salesman that I worked with was Demetrius. He helped me make the best decision and get the best deal. I ended up getting an upgrade to heated seats included with my purchase and bringing the car and getting a rental was also easy and no extra cost to me. Fast forward 6 months later and I just got my first service done on the car. I called and got an appointment 30 minutes later. I showed up 15 minutes early and they assisted me right away. I waited in the waiting room and had some complimentary coffee. By the time I had drank the cup my car was ready and I was out the door. During this time I have also bought a car from Honda, who was also fabulous, but Toyota has definitely won me over I think it’s just a little step better and will be where I get all of my future cars.
