Went for my 10k service and the customer service was excellent. Starting with Jacob who did an excellent job walking me through the entire process to a video sent via text showing me a complete inspection of my vehicle. Flawless process and was timely too. Exceptional experience.

This was my first time at this particular Toyota dealership. I came in with my 2016 Rav-4 for basic 90k service, plus I had my coolant fluid exchanged. My overall experience was pleasant. My service person, Harry, was very attentive, patient with my questions, & got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time considering what I had done. Harry also made sure my car was washed before giving it back to me. I also enjoyed the free cappuccino coffee that they offer customers. I will definitely come back & ask for Harry at my next appointment!!
