• How do I find an accessory for my car/truck?
• Visit our HAT website and choose “Accessories” from the drop down menu, many accessories available for your vehicle are listed here. You can also call 706-369-5020 and choose the accessories option from our phone menu to speak to a specialist. You can also reach us via email: [email protected]
• What are your hours?
• We are open Monday-Friday, 8:30am until 6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am until 6:00pm. Service & Parts until 3:30pm on Saturday. Open 24/7 on the world wide web.
• How much are accessories?
• They vary of course, but we use Toyota Motors North America’s guidelines in pricing to give our customer the most competitive pricing.
• Are your accessories OEM?
• If there is a genuine Toyota accessory we oﬀer it to our customers instead of competing third party accessories. There are products and services not provided by Toyota that we do make available so we can better serve our customers.
• Do you oﬀer lift kits?
• Toyota recently started oﬀering OEM lift kits for the Tacoma!
• Can you install leather in my vehicle?
• Yes! Please call or email to talk to a product specialist.
• Can I have a loaner car while you work on my vehicle?
• We oﬀer no charge rentals available to our clients whose vehicles we keep overnight.
• What’s your warranty policy?
• OEM Toyota products have a 12/12 warranty if purchased individually, if they are purchased with a new or CPO vehicle, they are covered by a 3 year / 36k mile warranty. Most aftermarket accessories that we install have a life of the original purchaser warranty.
