Sales Department FAQs

What does in-transit mean?
• A vehicle in-transit is not yet here on our lot but is set to arrive at our dealership in a designated amount of time. This can range from a few days to a few months depending on where it is in the build process. We can always provide you an estimated arrival date for a vehicle in-transit.

What type of down payment do you require?
• Our dealership does not require a specific down payment amount. It depends on your credit. Once we submit it to our lenders we will know if you are required to have down payment and how much it would need to be.

What do you need to appraise my vehicle virtually?
• We have a few short questions we would need you to answer as well as send in some photos of the interior, exterior, and tires. We can either email or text over the questions!

What should I bring with me to the dealership to test drive?
• Be sure you bring your valid driver’s license and a current copy of valid full coverage insurance if you would like to test drive without a sales associate. If you would like for your sales associate to go on the test drive with you just remember your valid driver’s license.

What is required to purchase a vehicle?
• You must be 18 years of age or older and will need a valid driver’s license, full coverage insurance, and proof of employment. If additional information is required or requested your sales associate will be sure to let you know.

Is there a way to reserve a vehicle?
• Yes, once we agree on numbers/pricing of the vehicle, you are able to place a $250 deposit to ensure the vehicle is secured for you. This also will include in-transit vehicles!

How long can I reserve a vehicle?
• Each situation varies on the availability of the vehicle. If you would like more information on a specific vehicle please contact us at 706-433-0433 or come by the dealership to speak with an associate.

Do I need an appointment to test drive a vehicle?
• While appointments are not required, we highly recommend you have an appointment to ensure we are prepared for you, with the vehicle ready, and make the most of your time.

What interest rates are available on new cars?
• Toyota’s incentives change monthly. We strongly suggest filling out a credit application to determine pre-qualification and exact rates.

• The interest rates on pre-owned vehicles can vary depending on your credit. We strongly suggest filling out a credit application to determine pre-qualification and exact rates.

I saw a vehicle I liked at another Toyota dealer. Can you get it for me?
• We can always see if a dealership will trade with us so that we can get the vehicle you desire if we don’t have it, but we cannot always guarantee that they will say yes.

Are you able to price match vehicles with other dealerships?
• If you are able to provide proof of an official offer for you specifically from another dealer and we are comparing apples to apples, we would try our best to match it.

Is it a soft credit or hard credit pull?
• It is a hard pull. If you would like further details on how the process works we recommend you come in and speak with one of our finance managers or call us at 706-433-0433.

Does my car need to be paid off in order to trade it in?
• No; we will appraise your vehicle and compare what you owe vs. how much we are offering you. We will then assess your equity situation to see if it is positive or negative and apply that to your pricing. If it is paid off, be sure to bring your title with you.
