Their service was great but I spent four hours in the waiting room. I think I have to wait inline twice, one for the oil change and tire rotation and then for the other issues they found. I’m sure and agree that everything needed attention but 4 hours is still a long time
My time is important. Doing business with them gives me more. I appreciate that.

I purchased RAV4 2026. I had to wait for this car to be delivered since these vehicles in high demand. Demitrious, the sales person, was very attentive and called me twice per week to update about delivery status. Once the car was delivered the purchasing process was smooth and pleasant. Jason did a wonderful job organizing the pick up of my car for a recall repair – and talking to me on the phone about other issues my car might have. I believe they’re under new ownership and their service is very good so much better than before. I will go back to them for regular maintenance.
I typically work with Jason in service. This visit was for routine maintenance. The service work done at Heyward Allen is always good work. The work is not always the fastest. If have to pick, I choose quality though.

From the on-line appointment, to the greeter, service writer and rental car agent, every interaction was professional and respectful.
The staff was friendly and kept me up-to-date on the progress. They did a complete inspection to let me know if there were any other repairs that I needed . I went in for a oil change and tire rotation.

Had a great experience at Heyward Allen Toyota working with Hector Ibanez on my RAV4 PHEV purchase. Hector was willing to work with me throughout the process, including matching the rate I had lined up through my credit union, which made the whole deal much smoother. He was responsive and communicative every step of the way, and the overall customer service was excellent. Highly recommend asking for Hector if you're shopping here.

This was my 20,000 mile scheduled maintenance. Also, the moonroof gasket was coming loose and it was replaced under warranty. The service department seemed very busy, so it took longer than I had planned for (almost 3 1/2 hours). Considering I live just over an hour from Athens, it pretty much shot the day. Overall, I am pleased with the dealership. The purchase 10 months ago went very smooth and my 10,000 service only took one hour.

Yall buckle up for this ride. It started with the collision center after my dear corolla was smacked with a deer (no pun intended). This came at the worst time as next month I'm starting school again and work, and definitely needed a car. Cody was our service advisor per my wife. She said he was so understanding and went out of his way on understanding what my husband wanted done. Your company needs to hold on to him because he is an excellent asset to your dealership.
