I received a coupon for maintenance at Heyward Allen Toyota from my sister via email. I called and asked the dealership if I could use it. I was told yes since they were not specific to her car. I attempted to schedule an appointment for oil change online but there no available appointment for 2 weeks and Sundays and Mondays were grayed out. I decided to walk-in on 01.20.2020. I called the dealership at 3:05pm to ask if walk-ins would take 2 hours and was told it is possible and urged to schedule an appointment. I explained that I attempted to do so ...
Very nice greeting from a young lady when I was waiting in line. Then later, a very nice greeting from Mark, who checked me in. Mark explained the service that was done and made sure I didn’t have any other questions when I checked out.Very nice waiting area and free WiFi!
