We went with our two kids (10 & 7). While waiting for our sales consultant, Joe, several other employees greeted us and gave the kids some attention. Our 7 yr. old was given a coloring book while the free wifi kept our son occupied. Another employee showed our daughter the playroom. She didn't want to leave. Joe sat down and listened to us and asked questions that made it clear he was really listening. During the test drive, my wife went first, then I went. One of us stayed with our daughter. Joe answered all questions candidly-including our son's questions. We discussed payment options with July-who also listened well-and gave us several options. He was honest about ups and downs of each option. We left with a new car. We never felt pressured or harassed. This was a great experience. And kudos to the onsite social media team that got us in the door!
