While we ate at their little cafe, John sent me updates about my car that I could respond to via text to help make my time there quicker. The inspection report was visually pleasing and easy to read. I had a great experience from the beginning, I search online the night before, the next morning Samantha Fulford sent a text and called me, I was given a sale person named Meng which he was great and we did all the paperwork with Kelvin which he went over all the paperwork in detail for you ro understand. I will buy another vehicle from Toyota Heyward Allen.

Jose the used car manager was very nice and treated us very well, working to help meet our expectations. Andree worked diligently to get me a low interest rate worthy of my excellent credit score. I could not have asked for a better experience than this dealership. They were not pushy, condescending or offensive in any way like some dealerships are. If you want a Toyota, this is the place to go!

Went for my 10k service and the customer service was excellent. Starting with Jacob who did an excellent job walking me through the entire process to a video sent via text showing me a complete inspection of my vehicle. Flawless process and was timely too. Exceptional experience.
